Underboss Job Tier:
Order a Hit on a Public Official

Acquire more Untraceable Cell Phones
There are a few ways to get Untraceable Cell Phones.

1. The Rob an Electronics Store job within the Enforcer job tier drops one of three items, a Concealable Camera, Computer Set-up, and the ever elusive Untraceable Cell Phone. This is random, so.. technically, if you did the job 500 times, you could potentially get 0 Untraceable Cell Phones. Conversely, however, you may end up with 500 Untraceable Cell Phones. Also, it is worth mentioning that sometimes I’ve noticed you will get two items from doing this job, and it’s not always two of what it reports you winning. This might not be happening anymore, but it can confirm that it has happened, several times for myself.

2. Trade with other Mafia Wars Mafia members for them. You can do this by simply making a post saying that you need some and offering something in trade. Sometimes, higher level players may send you a few if they no longer need them. This, obviously, works better if you have a large mafia. Otherwise, you should consider visiting the Mafia Wars forums and requesting a trade there. Some collection items can be traded for 5+ Untraceable Cell Phones.

3. You can also receive Untraceable Cell Phones as a free gift. Sometimes (once every 24 hours I believe) when logging into Mafia Wars you will see a “Send Free Gifts to your Mafia” screen. One of the items listed on this list is the Untraceable Cell Phones. Consider asking your Mafia Wars Mafia members to send you the Untraceable Cell Phones as opposed to any other gift. This tactic may net you a few extra UCPs (Untraceable Cell Phones).

How many Untraceable Cell Phones do you need to succeed?
I came across a statistic at one point in time that stated you need something like 700+ Untraceable Cell Phones. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I’m unable to relocate the site that had this information. If anyone has a more accurate number, please comment and let everyone know.
