FarmVille Harvester
What does the FarmVille Harvester do?
Quite obviously, it harvests. The FarmVille harvester allows you to harvest a 2×2 section of crops with one click. It uses 4 fuel and awards you the same amount of coins you would have gotten otherwise. How does the FarmVille Harvester work?
Once purchased, the FarmVille Harvester adds a second option to the Plow menu. Selecting this new option will allow you to harvest 2×2 crops at a once:

How do you refuel the FarmVille Harvester?
The FarmVille Harvester uses the same fuel as the FarmVille Tractor. The fuel refills gradually over time. Also, buying two tractors / harvesters, or having a Tractor and a Harvester currently has no benefit. This may change in the future, but two individuals have reported no increase in total fuel or fuel regeneration speed. If anyone notices something different, or otherwise has more information, make a comment and let me know.

At this stage other than using it as a way to get some more experience points the harvester really doesn’t seem worth buying.
I was pleased to find out yesterday that fencing your farmer into the middle field means they don’t follow you around – thus you can plant, plow and harvest a little faster.

Just released – Seeders. Message was ‘Trilogy is now complete – grab your seeder today’. XP gained: 300. Cost: 30 000.

bought my harvester this morning, complete with fuel I had paid for with FV (that I had paid for out of pocket)
Both disappeared as I was using them!
I have sent a complaint to Zynga. I know this is a beta program. But this is too extreme, even for a diehard player.
I played Farm Town since June and never lost anything! I’ve been on Farmville for about 10 days. sheesh, is this a preview of things to come???

I’ve got a cool trick that you could share. If you walk your farmer to the side and then surround him with a couple hay barrels so he can’t move, you can harvest all your crops without your farmer having to walk to each square.

The most convenient way to trap your farmer is in the middle of your crops–you farmer is always standing on the same square when you enter your farmville or refresh the page-so take four bales of hay and trap your farmer in the middle so they can never move—but when you expand your farm your farmer will be in a different spot because the middle is in a different place–just trap him or her in the new middle

The tractors are not worth buying and using because a farm bot is much better to use. Keep yourself from getting carpal tunnel syndrome and use a farm bot.

Nope.. it doesn’t. I really wish it did though. They will likely release a completely separate machine for doing that.

It is NOT worth buying people it is for LAZY people and it cost 30,000 coins !!! If you have that many coins then you are ADDICTED to the game and YOU need to go to counseling thank-you and I hope that the counseling doesn’t cost to much in the REAL world . Good bye

but I do it manually too … hope u are a cute angel in the real world
